How to Make an Online Booking

The Bowlr online booking system has an online diary which shows all the bookings made during the active season. Booking for the 2023 season opens the day after the Opening Drive on Saturday, 22rd April and closes on Tuesday, 26th September. You cannot make bookings outside of these dates.  Each day has been divided into two-hour sessions with one-hour sessions at the end of most afternoons. This allows for a three-hour session to be booked in the afternoon which can be useful for some club competitions.

Bookings can be made two weeks in advance and each member can make up to two bookings per day.

When you make an online booking, you must select a type (or category) of booking. For a roll-up, select Open Play and for a club competition, scroll to the bottom of the list of categories and select Club Competition. Remember to add the names of the other players to the list which will already have your name at the top.

You will recive an email notification of the booking, a copy of which will be sent to the club.

It is possible to make a provisional booking which can be confirmed later when all players have agreed the date, otherwise the booking should be cancelled.
