When you login to the Bowlr online booking system you will see a menu item called Members List. You can login to the online booking system using either the Online Booking link in the site menu at the top of each web page or by using the Members List link in the Members Area,
Online Booking
The club now has an online booking system purchased through Bowlr. You will need to use this if you wish to book a rink for a roll-up with other members or for a competition match.
Please note that the diary previously kept in the clubhouse will not longer be used.
If you have any problems with making a booking online then please contact Peter Morris.
How to Make an Online Booking
The Bowlr online booking system has an online diary which shows all the bookings made during the active season. Each day has been divided into sessions long enough to allow for most competition rounds to be completed.
Bookings can be made 30 days in advance and each member can make up to two bookings per day and hold up to 6 bookings at any one time.
When you make an online booking, you must select a type (or category) of booking. For a roll-up, select Open Play and for a club competition, scroll to the bottom of the list of categories and select Club Competition. Remember to add the names of the other players to the list which will already have your name at the top.
You will receive an email notification of the booking, a copy of which will be sent to the club.
It is possible to make a provisional booking which can be confirmed later when all players have agreed the date, otherwise the booking should be cancelled.
Email notifications are sent to players and to club officials after certain actions. Club officials can therefore monitor bookings and also amend or delete bookings should the need arise.
